Terms of Service - vertex RP

1. Introduction

Vertex RP is a mobile roleplay experience. These Terms govern your access to the Game, features, services, and any digital items offered. By playing, you confirm that you understand and accept these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country).
By playing, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
Do not share your login details with others.
The Star City RP team reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or ban accounts that violate these Terms or game rules.
You are responsible for all actions taken on your account.

4. Roleplay Rules

To ensure a high-quality RP experience, strict adherence to the rules is required:

No RDM (Random Deathmatch)
No VDM (Vehicle Deathmatch)
No Powergaming or Metagaming
No breaking character intentionally
Follow the in-game laws and RP guidelines

Failure to follow RP rules may result in warnings, kicks, or bans.

5. Player Conduct

While Vertex rp, you must NOT:

Harass, threaten, bully, or insult other players.

Use hate speech or discriminatory language.

Use cheats, hacks, exploits, modded clients, or unauthorized software.

Abuse bugs or glitches.

Impersonate administrators or staff.

Advertise other servers, games, or services.

6. Admin & Staff Authority

Admins have full authority to moderate the server.
Admins may warn, mute, kick, suspend, or permanently ban users who break rules.
All punishments follow the official rulebook.
Arguing with staff or disrespecting staff may result in penalties.

7. Virtual Currency & Purchases

Vertex RP may offer virtual currency, premium features, or cosmetic items. By purchasing these items, you agree that:

All purchases are non-refundable.
Virtual items have no real-world value.
Prices, rewards, or items may change at any time.
If your account is banned, you are not eligible for refunds.

8. Updates & Changes

Star City RP may modify, update, or discontinue features at any time. Continued use of the Game after any update means you accept the changes.

9. Data & Privacy

Star City RP may collect basic information such as:

Username / Player ID
Device Information
Gameplay Statistics

This data is used to maintain game performance, security, and user experience. We do not collect sensitive personal information. For more details, refer to the Privacy Policy.

10. Liability

Star City RP is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for:

Loss of progress
Server downtime
Technical issues
Loss of virtual items due to bugs or resets
Player disputes or in-game conflicts

You use the Game at your own risk.

11. Punishments & Enforcement

If a player violates rules or Terms:

They may be warned, muted, kicked, temporarily suspended, or permanently banned.
Severity of punishment depends on the rule broken.
Staff decisions are final.
No refunds will be issued for punished or banned accounts.

12. Termination of Access

We may terminate your access at any time if you break rules, violate these Terms, or attempt to disrupt the Game.
